Talk with your financial advisor about the many benefits of giving stocks/securities directly to New Life. Giving stocks outright, saves you capital gains taxes on earnings. It is our policy to immediately sell any stock gifts we receive so that your gift will go quickly to meet the needs of those we serve.
Honorary/Memorial gifts
Honorary and memorial gifts are a beautiful way to honor a loved one or to celebrate the life of one who has passed away. A card announcing your gift will be sent to your honoree or the family of one who has passed away.
Workplace giving
Many companies have a matching gift program. Please contact your employer to see if they will match gifts given to New Life.
You can designate your donations given through United Way, United Health Group, Ameriprise Financial, The Minneapolis Foundation, and Combined Federal Campaign and others. Check with your employer about how to list New Life Family Services as your charity of choice.
Material donations
We accept a wide variety of new and used material donations(pdf). For questions about the items that we can accept, call the office to which you would like to donate. Thank you again for your support! A material donation receipt is provided for tax purposes.
