Every day, tens of thousands of mothers must use (and re-use) diapers because they cannot afford to purchase enough to keep their child clean, dry, and healthy. It is a sad fact that more than one in three families need help to diaper their babies. New Life Family Services and organizations from across the country have joined together to do something about it by collecting diapers during the month of May.
In 2025 alone, New Life Family Services distributed over 270,000 diapers to families in need through our Every Family Parenting Education program. This year, we are hoping to collect 150,000 diapers in May to fill our diaper stock!
Most Needed Sizes: newborn, diapers sizes 4-8, and Pull-Ups sizes 3T-4T, 4T-5T, and 5T-6T

Deliver diapers directly to one of our First Care centers: Friday, May 1 – Friday, May 29, during office hours. Please call ahead if you have a large delivery and be considerate of any clients in the office.

Then, save the date for a Diaper Bundling Bash on Saturday, June 13, at St Paul First Care to prepare the diapers for blessing our clients!
*Is your church participating in the World’s Largest Diaper Drive this May by hosting a collection? Let us know you’re on board! Promote the drive within your church, including when and where members can drop off diapers onsite. After the drive, count the total number of diapers collected and report it to us by Friday, June 5. Then, recruit volunteers to coordinate delivery to our Minneapolis or Saint Paul First Care centers (ideally during office hours). Email: Churches@NLFS.org
